The Origin Story

GlitchThreads started with one observation: the funniest things happening in culture right now involve artificial intelligence — and nobody was making merch that actually reflected that with wit. Shirt companies were printing "LOADING" and calling it tech humor. We thought we could do better.

So we built GlitchThreads. Every design starts with a real thing the AI discourse community finds funny, maddening, or absurdly relatable. Then we distill it into something you'd actually wear in public — or at least in a video call.

What We Make

Apparel and accessories for people who think about AI more than is probably healthy. T-shirts. Hoodies. Mugs. Stickers. Posters. All printed on demand, which means no overstock, no warehouse, no fast-fashion volume game. Each item exists because someone wanted it.

The Aesthetic

Dark. Monospaced. Slightly glitched. We're not going for corporate-tech-cool or hacker-aesthetics-as-a-brand. The vibe is: "this was made by someone who has spent too much time reading model cards at 1am and finds that funny." That person is us. That person might be you.

Print on Demand

We partner with print-on-demand providers, which means your order gets made after you place it. That's why production takes 3–5 business days before shipping. It also means we're not sitting on 500 units of a design nobody bought. Sustainable by default, not by marketing copy.
