Returns & Exchanges

The Short Version
Our products are made specifically for you. We accept returns on items that are defective, damaged, or wrong. We don't accept returns for size changes or changed minds — but we'll work with you if something goes sideways.
What We Accept
- Items that arrived damaged or broken
- Items with a print defect (misalignment, color error, missing graphic)
- Wrong item received (wrong product, wrong size, wrong color)
Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
What We Don't Accept
- Size exchanges (we print to order — we don't hold inventory)
- Buyer's remorse or changed preferences
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
How to Start a Return
Email hello@glitchthreads.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- One or two photos showing the defect or damage
We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved returns receive a prepaid return label (US orders) or a return shipping credit (international).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
