Shipping Policy

Production Time

All GlitchThreads products are printed on demand. After you place an order, production begins within 24 hours. Most items take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping. Complex or oversized items may take up to 7 business days.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once production is complete and the order has shipped. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder (we know, ironic).

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These are assessed by local customs authorities and are the buyer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 45 days of your ship date, contact us at hello@glitchthreads.com and we'll sort it out. We'll either resend your order or issue a full refund.
